2. A proposta
registrar as reservas, com bloqueio automático de horário duplicado;
fazer a vistoria de entrada e de saída item por item, com fotos e assinatura do morador na tela;
gerar um relatório de danos comparando entrada e saída, e um PDF enviado ao morador;
3. Custo
Período de teste
30 dias grátis, sem cartão e sem cobrança automática
Plano mensal
R$ 159,90 por mês
Plano anual
R$ 1.599,00 por ano (equivale a R$ 133,25 por mês)
Inclui
Síndico(a)
Presidente do conselho

Print it or save it as a PDF and take it to the board meeting or the residents' assembly. Fill in the blanks by hand.
Today, bookings and inspections of shared spaces rely on paper notes and loose photos. When a resident disputes a damage charge, the building can't prove whether the problem existed before the event. That leads to arguments, charges that never happen and things that never get fixed.
2. The proposal
Adopt the Party Room Inspection app on the management's phone or tablet to:
record bookings, with automatic blocking of overlapping slots;
run the check-in and check-out inspections item by item, with photos and the resident's on-screen signature;
produce a damage report comparing check-in and check-out, plus a PDF sent to the resident;
track each problem as an issue with an owner until it's resolved.
3. Cost
Trial
30 days free, no card and no automatic charge
Monthly plan
R$ 159.90 per month
Yearly plan
R$ 1,599.00 per year (R$ 133.25 per month)
Includes
Unlimited bookings, rooms and users
The price is flat for the building, not per unit. Payment goes through the management's Google Play account and can be cancelled at any time.
4. Residents' data and privacy law
The data (name, unit, photos and signatures) stays on the building's device. The vendor runs no server that receives it.
The building remains the data controller and decides what to record and how long to keep it.
Password-protected backups (AES-256 encryption), an individual login for each staff member and a log of who did what.
No ads and no tracking tools.
5. What changes for residents
When handing over the keys, staff check the room together with the resident and collect an on-screen signature. On return, they do the same check. The resident gets the inspection PDF by email. Charging rules stay as set in the building's rules.
6. Rollout
One Android phone or tablet for the management. Initial setup (rooms, item list and staff) takes about 10 minutes. Bookings already in a spreadsheet can be imported.
7. Motion
Authorize the building manager to use the 30-day trial and, if the result is satisfactory, subscribe to the ☐ monthly ☐ yearly plan.
